Good times, all of them, but guess what? Memory Lane has had a refurb. We're talking all the glee of remembered childhood faves, made even better. That Wagon Wheel you loved so much? Try it with a little added Turkish Delight. Your favourite vanilla slice gets comfy with baklava, lamingtons mingle with tiramisu and Monte Carlos positively beam when meeting rhubarb, rosemary and ginger.

As expected the Aussie favourite snot block mixes superbly with the layered Middle Eastern classic. After all, two rights have never made a wrong.
Baklava has always known that pistachios are the key to a good sweet. Adding them to the classic Wagon Wheel proves it. Let's just add pistachios to everything.
This recipe is for anyone who finds Monte Carlos biscuits "too sweet" (you know who you are). Here, rhubarb, rosemary and ginger cut out most of the saccharine, leaving a beautifully balanced biscuit sandwich you'll find impossible to hate.
There were tears when the original Polly Waffle was discontinued. Then Menz Confectionary said they'd bring it back, but the pandemic has meant we haven't seen a bar yet. Thankfully we make our own giant Polly Waffle roulade and never weep again.
Another riff on the treasured vanilla slice, this version uses the tartness of pomegranate to magnificent effect. To make things even more addictive, the whole thing is frozen into some kind of moreish Middle Eastern ice-cream sandwich.

If the Italian take doesn't grab you (and do surrender), this kawaii version will. Bitter matcha, tangy raspberry jam and a fragrant black sesame cream all scream 'eat me'. But in the most adorable way possible.
While it's true that the musk stick is a rather divisive sweet, it's also true that panna cotta is loved by all. Will they cancel each other out? Or will they merge to form a super dessert?
