Get your slurp on! August will be  jam-packed with noodles here at SBS Food. We've got a bunch of tasty new recipes plus stories to help you build up an appetite, from our ultimate guide to Asian noodles to a visit to Fukuoka's yatai (food carts) for a bowl of ramen. We'll share our favourite places to eat pho across Australia, give you some top tips for buying, storing and cooking with noodles and debate who owns the noodle, China or Italy.

Hungry already? Our 31 new noodle recipes means one for every day of the month - but we're sharing them all from day one, so you can make whichever takes your fancy. We've got hot noodles, cold noodles, soup noodles and stir-fries. Check them out in our interactive map.
