背痛的成因會有許多。一般醫生或物理治療師先會了解真正成因才會對症下藥。 不過,不正確的坐姿,是一個引起背痛的主要成因。


尤其是我們天天都坐在電腦前面,在家又喜歡坐在沙發看電視,因此,如果我們坐姿不對的話,久而久之,背痛就自然發生。

在本集的《健康快樂人》,溫楚良繼續請來雪梨註冊物理治療師吳黃玉桂 (Rosanna Ng) 解釋爲何坐姿那般重要。
