在香港的修例風波中,美心集團旗下的食肆,如 simplylife CAFÉ、星巴克咖啡 Starbucks Coffee、美心皇宮、東海堂、元氣壽司等等,屢屢被示威者針對進行攻擊破壞。


美心創辦人伍沾德的長女伍淑清,上周末接受了中國官媒《環球時報》訪問,她指出香港政府長年忽視國民教育,導致香港很多年輕人完全被社交媒體「洗腦」。
