While the issue of unemployment remains the biggest issue facing young people within emerging communities, Ambrose Nhial Mayar, the founder of the Sudd Foundation, is trying to bring that to an end. With little funding from the Government institution in Victoria, Nhial is looking at recruiting the unemployed for bus driving, tram driving and traffic control.
