Growing up, Pamela Freire was surrounded by nurses and healthcare workers; which inspired a story about two nurses and their complicated mother-daughter and patient-nurse relationships.

Pamela Freire was a young girl when her family decided to move to rural Australia. Growing up she felt like she didnt belong in one place, at home she was Filipino but in school, she was learning how to be Australian.
I want to continue learning and researching Filipino beliefs, culture, and traditions and share that through film with the Filipino Australian audience.
