Naabot na ng Australia ang 70% double dose vaccination rate. Ibig sabihin, maari nang umabante sa susunod na stage ng re-opening ang Australya matapos naabot ng bawat estado at teritoryo ang target.

Bagamat medyo mabagal ang simula ng vaccine roll out dahil sa kakulangan ng supply ng bakuna, ngayon ay abot na ng Australia ang 70% double dose vaccination rate.

Pinasalamatan ni Health minister Greg Hunt ang lahat ng mga Australyano na naging bahagi nito.

"Thank you and congratulations but keep going. There are many people still to come forward for first doses and there are many people still to come back for their second doses. That second dose program is providing real and significant protection."
