Chef Aanal Kotak invited disadvantaged children from nearby slums to the opening of her new restaurant. She now runs the Hunger free campaign which encourages restaurants to take any food that is not used by the end of the day and distribute it to the homeless and those going without even one meal a day. She speaks to SBS Gujarati about expanding the program beyond one city and getting more community members involved in the fight against hunger.
