Australians in the priority group will be offered Pfizer-BionTech COVID-19 vaccine while majority of other people in Australia are likely to receive the vaccine that is developed by Oxford-AstraZeneca but produced locally in Australia. So what are the similarities and differences in how these two vaccines have been developed and how they work ? Melbourne based Dr Bhaumik Shah explains.
