The Indian cricketer on Sunday surprised his fans by announcing on his social media that he and his partner Stankovic were all set to welcome their first child.
“Natasa and I have had a great journey together and it is just about to get better 😊 Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes,” the cricketer said in the post.
The Instagram post also showed an image of the duo dressed in Indian traditional clothes with garlands around their necks, purportedly showing the duo had got married.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli and the team coach Ravi Shashtri were among the first ones to congratulate the couple.
“Congratulations Hardy & Natasa,” Shashtri wrote while Kohli said, “Congratulations to you both H. Lots of love and blessings for the third member of your clan.”
The couple announced their engagement on new year’s day when the all-rounder proposed to the Serbian actress on a yacht in Dubai.

The 26-year-old all-rounder from Gujarat made his India debut in 2016.
Since then, he has gone on to play 40 T20Is, 54 ODIs and 11 Test matches for the country.
He plays for Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
