News of a ceasefire and hostage deal between Israel and Hamas has been welcomed by world leaders, as the focus moves to implementation. The deal was brokered in Qatar through mediators from Qatar, the US and Egypt. The three-phase ceasefire deal will see Israeli forces withdrawing from Gaza by the end of the week ie.
