In an intimate interview with SBS Hindi, Harinder Kaur, one of the three female recipients of the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM), shares her journey since arriving in Australia 33 years ago. After losing her son, Kaur transformed her grief into a mission to support others in pain, becoming a beacon of hope. Through the Harman Foundation, she has been assisting domestic abuse survivors, the homeless, senior citizens and her faith community by providing chaplain services.
