R U OK Day is being observed on 12 September this year, aiming to inspire people to check in on the well-being of their loved ones and those around them. In a podcast by SBS Hindi, R U OK ambassador and mental health advocate Elvis Martin discusses the launch of new Hindi resources by the suicide prevention charity. He also emphasises the importance of starting conversations, listening attentively and recognising the struggles of loved ones.
