Construction of the Mandalika Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara reportedly violates human rights

The case began in the 1990s and communities felt compelled to give up their land

The construction of the Mandalika Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara was reported to have violated human rights by the UN rapporteur.  The Indonesian government rejected the report.

Dwi Sudarsono is a lawyer who accompanies the people who own the land where the circuit is being built.
