Mr Made Tony Nuryana, Representative from the Directorate General of Immigration, Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights who served as the Immigration Consul at the Indonesian Consulate in Sydney, explained the issue of "damaged passport" for which holders could be refused entry to Indonesia.
He also said that the visas held by tourists do not guarantee them to get pass through the immigration gate.
