There has been an increasing trend towards meat replacement products in recent years, hoping to minimize the climate damage caused by livestock production.

Now, a biotechnology company in London is focusing on the production of fats cultivated in laboratories, looking for more palatable meat alternatives.

The idea is to persuade more people to reduce consumption of traditional agricultural products such as beef and chicken, and it seems the trick is to produce sustainable fat from stem cells.
