Pandemics impose many limits. Not free to leave the house, no gathering with relatives or travel and causing stress.


The devastating effects of the pandemic include job losses due to companies closing down, or additional jobs due to children studying at home. All of that gives birth to stress.

Diana Setiyawati Ph D, a psychologist from the Center for Public Mental Health, will discuss this issue in the following discussion.
