Not only from having many benefits, sorghum can be a substitute for rice.

Sri Dean had the opportunity to speak with Mrs. Ade Gultom, Mr. Dedi Tan, and Mr. Andi Susanto from Star Sorghum.

Mrs. Ade explained that Sorghum is one of the substitutes for rice, because it is gluten free and less sugar. However, in terms of taste, it is like rice.

Mr. Tan added that Sorghum is suitable for consumption by diabetics, autistic children, or those on a diet.

Mr. Susanto hopes that there will be Australian companies that want to import goods from Star Sorghum to be marketed in Australia
