Living close to greenery can alleviate stress, improve sleep, and reduce the risks of disease. Even growing your own food at home can improve your mental state.


Before putting plants indoors, we should think about things like available space, light, and plant maintenance.  With not too much care we can indoor greenery that will bring a quiet calm and freshness.
