Dua koki dari Surabaya, Indonesia menyajikan hidangan Nusantara selama sepuluh hari di Sydney. Bagaimana mereka menjaga keaslian rasa masakan tersebut?


Sebagai bagian dari festival makanan 'Taste of Indonesia', Shangri-La Hotel di Sydney - bekerja sama antara lain dengan Konsulat Jenderal Indonesia di Sydney dan Garuda Indonesia - menerbangkan dua koki dari Indonesia. Chef Irwanto adalah sous chef dan Chef Rizal Nasution adalah chef de partie, keduanya dari Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya. Mereka berbincang dengan SBS Indonesian terkait hal ini.
