Soy sauce 12 spoons
Sugar 4 spoons
Starch syrup 12 spoons
Vegetable oil 6 spoons
Minced garlic 1 spoon
Black pepper and salt

[Prep]
Add 5 spoons of the sauce and mix with thinly sliced 100g beef. Set aside
Slice soaked shitake mushroom
Slice onion
Slice Carrot

[Starch noodle]
Boil 2 bunches of noodles in boiling water in a big pot for about 8 minutes
Drain them
On a heated pan, add half of the sauce
add 6 spoons of water with noodle. Stir it.
Add sesame oil and mix it up. Set aside
Cut the noodles several times

[Stir Fry]
On a heated pan, put a marinated beef. Stir it
Add sliced shitake mushroom. Stir it
Add sliced onion. Stir it
Add sliced carrot. Stir it
Add cooked starch noodle. Stir it
Add baby spinach. Stir it
Add sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds on the top
