Electronics retailer Bose will shut down its 19 Australian retail stores over the next few months and the department store Harris Scarfe said 21 of its stores will close soon.


Electronics retailer Bose will shut down its 19 Australian retail stores over the next few months and the department store Harris Scarfe said 21 of its stores will close soon.

Bose has announced that it will close retail operations in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia.

The business said in a statement that the approximately 130 stores located across Greater China, the United Arab Emirates, India, Southeast Asia and South Korea will remain open.

The closures of Harris Scarfe are made up of 2 stores in Western Australia, 6 in Queensland, 8 in New South Wales, 3 in Victoria, 1 in South Australia and the ACT.
