New study reveals lockdown impacted wellbeing

A new study has revealed the impact the coronavirus lockdown has had on the wellbeing of Australians. The CSIRO survey found both weight gain and impacts on mental health were two of the by-products of COVID-19.


Eating well, sleeping well and exercising are all staples of a healthy lifestyle but they've taken a big hit in recent times according to a CSIRO survey.

66 percent of the 4090 respondents say they're not exercising as much since COVID-19 became the new normal.
