This beautiful virtual collaboration was particularly meaningful as it was created to bring comfort, hope, and joy to everyone affected by the pandemic.

ConTempus Quartet (Ji Hyun Kim, violin 1; Sarah Patterson, violin 2; Christine Beamer, viola; Jinhyun Kim, cello) has collaborated with children's artworks in a virtual music & art performance during the pandemic lockdown.

Thirty-eight creative young artists (ages 2-13) from New Zealand, South Korea, and all around the United States have sent in the artworks inspired by the timeless song "Over the Rainbow" from the film, "The Wizard of Oz."
ConTempus Quartet is a part of ConTempus Initiative, a contemporary music collective based in Michigan, USA, committed to making new music accessible to everyone by creating collaborative musical performances that connect with today's audiences.
