'Parasite' director Bong Joon-ho explains about connotations of the title, smell, the two houses and sounds of a bell of the film

'Parasite' diretor Bong Joon-ho visited Sydney last year to take part in the Sydney Film Festival and talked to SBS Korean Program about the Oscars winning film in details.


Award-winning filmmaker Bong Joon-ho’s formula for success is pretty simple. According to an interview with various world-wide influential media, his creative secret is leading a “very simple lifestyle,” which involves drinking coffee, writing and not meeting a lot of people.

However, he only explained to SBS Korean Program in an exclusive interveiw last year while he was in Sydney to take part in the Sydney Film Festival, about the connotations of the title 'Parasite' and the key points such as smell, the two houses, detailed coversations in Korean, and sounds of a bell.
