Victoria has recorded another 16 new cases of COVID-19, with Prime Minister Scott Morrison branding the recent spike in cases there a “wake up call”.


Victoria has recorded 16 new coronavirus cases overnight, with numbers the highest in more than two months after six days of double-digit growth.
