Migrant communities in border cities struggle to get up-to-date information

Some communities in towns along the now closed border between Victoria and New South Wales are struggling to get up-to-date information in languages other than English. Resident migrants in the towns of Albury and Wodonga, say there is confusion and delays of up to 36 hours.
