UMD Australia: What are the issues facing the Macedonian diaspora in Australia?

The United Macedonian Diaspora (Australia) and the young leaders Generation M, are preparing a written submission to the Australian Senate, as part of a new inquiry into the ‘Issues Facing Diaspora Communities in Australia’. The terms of reference include an examination of funding opportunities, the protection and resilience of vulnerable groups, barriers to participation in democratic and social institutions, and the strengthening of government-diaspora partnerships. UMD Global Board of Directors member and a director of UMD Australia, Vera Sekulovska, invites Macedonians to offer their contribution to the UMD’s Senate submission which closes 31 July, 2020.
