Giving birth is the moment all expectant mums wait for almost nine months. But some new mums found that moment less magical but more of a relief from the pain.

In this fifth episode of Mum Mane Aama, we will talk about how new mums felt when they hold their baby for the first time. New mums Rosi Aryal Lees, Jamuna Adhikari Rijal, and Sushmita Khatri Khadka share their experiences on managing pain during labor, seeing newborns for the first time.

Doctor Rija Khanal talks about some commonly seen health issues in newborns.
