Growing concerns over Nepal’s Transitional Justice Bill: Weekly Nepal update

The Nepal government’s bill to amend its current transitional justice laws faces backlashes from human rights groups and victims of the civil war. They say, it limits the prosecution of war crimes and call for its amendment to provide justice to victims and meet the country’s obligations under international law.
