Nearly 32 months after it was registered in parliament, the US aid project MCC has become even more controversial since it was tabled in parliament this week. Nepal correspondent Sewa Bhattarai spoke to two advocates for and against MCC, Semant Dahal and Dr. Surendra Bhandari.
