Sorathi: 'This is our history, the younger generation needs to understand it'

Theatre artist Sangita Thapa Magar's co-directorial debut 'Sorathi' is currently being staged in Kathmandu. Sorathi is a traditional folk dance/drama primarily performed by the Magar and Gurung communities in the hilly regions of Nepal. Magar spoke to SBS Nepali about her play which portrays a folk tale in the modern context.
