When she was 26, Kritika Pradhananga set aside her degree in IT and pursued her love for food. Three years on, Pradhananga is now running "Vutu on Wheels", a mobile food truck that sells Nepali food in Melbourne.


 She spoke to SBS Nepali about the challenges she faced to become the first Nepali woman to start such business in Australia.
