No longer pegged as one of the retirement villages of Australia, recent demographic data and interest in Tasmania suggest a change in the air.

The seachange phenomenon, once linked to retirees, now involves younger groups, including young families.

They are choosing lifestyle advantages associated with regional, coastal locations in a phenomenon that’s not isolated to Tasmania.
