Language barriers and social isolation increase their risk of falling victim to scams such as immigration fraud, fake grants, and phone scams. Additionally, elderly people are frequently targeted by tech support and health-related frauds. Experts emphasize that fostering strong trust between parents and children is essential for effectively combating cyber blackmail.
