Labor will form the next parliament of Australia after winning the 2022 federal election as Anthony Albanese says Australia has new priorities ahead of this week's QUAD meeting. Josh Frydenberg looks set to concede defeat, and Peter Dutton firms as a favourite to replace Scott Morrison.
