How protest by ‘Zoom picketing' is impacting online lectureing in Sydney University ?

Students inundating digital tutorials with strikers who would attempt to force the shutdown of online lectures. It was the first-time protestors had used Zoom picketing as a protest technique. President of Pakistani student association says that students are supporting the staff members as they are protesting for fair pay and working conditions but admitted that zoom picketing might not be legal.


Protesters are defending their actions but University deputy vice chancellor says that disruption of on-line courses is not protected motion and is illegal. It was the National Tertiary Education Union’s fourth industrial action since May 2022.
