Hanson name returns to One Nation

Controversial former federal MP and serial candidate Pauline Hanson has given her name back to the political party she founded.

The One Nation party has changed its name back to Pauline Hanson's One Nation.

The Australian Electoral Commission approved the name change of the party on Tuesday, with the former federal MP named as its registered officer.

Ms Hanson announced her return to the party late in November last year after a 12-year hiatus.
