Inquiry hears of backlogs in unsolved homicide team of NSW Police

A Special Commission of Inquiry has been told of significant backlogs in the unsolved homicide team of the New South Wales Police. The inquiry is investigating unsolved suspected hate crime deaths of LGBTIQ+ people in the state between 1970 and 2010. Reporter Tanya Dendrinos has been following proceedings.
