Vice Admiral David Johnston appointed new ADF chief

Australia has a new incoming chief of the Defence Force with the prime minister recommending that the current deputy - Vice Admiral David Johnston - move to the top job later this year. It's the first time in more than two decades the role has gone to someone in the Navy, as maritime security becomes the focus of Australia's defence.
