Popular Netflix makeover series Queer Eye is set to film in Japan, with four special episodes scheduled to screen following the show's third season, due later this year.

The special will see the beloved 'Fab Five' - Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Karamo Brown (Culture) and Tan France (Fashion) - work with local Japanese experts to not only redesign the lives of local men and women, but discover all that Japanese culture has to offer.
“In just a year since we launched season one, Queer Eye has become a global phenomenon once again and the Fab Five are truly the ambassadors of self-care and compassion that the world needs now more than ever,” series creator David Collins said in a statement.

He continued: “Filming in Japan is a wonderful opportunity for us to work with four deserving heroes that will help showcase the incredible traditions and customs of their country.”

It's believed that the four episodes will be filmed in Tokyo.
