The artists of Eurovision 2017: Tamara Gachechiladze – “Keep the Faith” (Georgia)

Disqualified previously, Georgia's representative is back with a song that should keep everyone happy.

One of this year's Bond theme-style songs comes via Tblisi, Georgia. Tamara “Tako” Gachechiladze channelled former winner Austrian Conchita Wurst during her winning performance at the Georgian national selection. And she did so by employing all sorts of big – big hair, big vocals and a big key change.

Gachechiladze was a member of the group Stephane & 3G, who were supposed to represent Georgia in 2009 with their song “I Don’t Wanna Put In”. Sadly, they never made it to the stage as the entry was disqualified for its overly political content.

The singer kept the faith, though, and she’ll finally get her chance to hit the Eurovision stage representing her homeland.
