Police have released an image of Amanpreet Ratol in the hope someone recognises him and can provide details on his current whereabouts.
A warrant has been issued for the 32-year-old’s arrest over traffic-related matters.
Ratol is described as 178cm tall and clean-shaven with a medium build, black wavy hair, brown eyes and with an Indian accent.
